This is going to sound like an excuse...

... but I have decided to put off giving up soda for another week or two. Well, you see, my mom and dad were totally awesome parents and went out and bought me groceries. And, well, mom picked up a two liter of diet pepsi. Well, it was just sitting in my fridge and it was too much temptation! I reasoned that I would give up fast food first, and then the soda. I won't drink regular soda, which is good because I will be eliminating those empty calories. But I know diet soda isn't much better for you. It prevents me from drinking more water... hmm, I need me a Brita pitcher and a water bottle. Eh, doing this in steps might give me a better chance of success anyway.

So this is the update:

23. Go a month without fast food (5/30)
24. Remember to take my vitamin every day for a month (4/30)

Oh! And just now, I started a new goal:

55. Start a change jar, and keep it through 2010.

It's in a coffee can :)
